At Arribas, sustainability begins with caring for the coast, the landscape and the community that surrounds us. It lives in the small decisions we make every day — using water and energy thoughtfully, reducing waste, choosing responsibly, and continually looking for better ways to tread more lightly.
Our approach is rooted in the place we call home.
We favour local and seasonal ingredients in our kitchens, complemented by produce from our own organic garden. We work with local suppliers where possible, while reducing waste and making more conscious choices in the products and resources we use.
Because the most meaningful choices are often the simplest ones.
We invite guests to be part of this approach, with the option to reduce room servicing and linen changes during their stay. From responsible water use to energy-saving measures and EV charging, we are continuing to improve how we operate.
Arribas has always belonged to this coast.
