Arribas Sintra Hotel, has its kitchens, directed by our executive chef, David Kercher, since 2020. The Signature Cusine is a reflection of its creative personality and follows the values of contemporary cuisine, simple and relaxing, but full of experiences.
His cuisine translates into a mix of his Portuguese and Australian descent, and his professional experience in different corners of the world, which transports us on a journey from Sydney to Sintra, passing through the Mediterranean Sea, and the freshness and botany of Asian flavors, many of them developed in our organic farm.
A curious without limits, to lead, a young and multidisciplinary team, which values different flavors, colors and aromas, that cross Portugal, on a trip around the world, leaving us, a memory and a shared experience.
All this, in a space that extends to the outside, with na esplanade over the Atlantic and the 100-meter ocean pool, where the fish, seafood and algae from our coast also stand out.
