Our commitment
- Reduce our consumption of water, energy, paper and other limited resources.
- Maintain environmental certification by the competent official entities.
- Implement occupational health and safety standards and good food safety practices.
- Improve our waste selection, routing and recycling processes.
- Choose ecologically responsible purchases and favor local suppliers.
- Use cleaning and hygiene products with an “eco label”.
- Participate in local initiatives that aim to promote social well-being and nature conservation.
- Implementation of the Eco Arribas program, which allows guests to have the option of foregoing room cleaning and changing towels, with benefits at the hotel and restaurant.
- Change of bed linen every 4 days unless the customer requests it in advance.
- We have an organic garden with organic ingredients grown to be used in the preparation of our dishes.
Collaborate with us
- Use water sparingly. Inform reception about any breaks in the bathroom or leaking taps between uses.
- Help preserve tranquility and green spaces.
- If your towel is clean, hang it on the towel rack (it means it doesn't need to be changed).
- Use the pool towel as often as possible, changing it will cost you to wash it.
- Don't leave your key in the energy saver.
- Do not leave equipment connected when you do not need it (chargers, television, etc.)
- Turn off lights when you don't need them on.
- Do not put laundry in the wash unnecessarily.
- Do not use the air conditioning in extreme temperatures.
