The Hotel accommodates children up to 3 years of age free of charge in an extra bed or cot when sharing a room with two adults. Children aged between 4 and 10 have a reduced rate in the price of the extra bed. Extra beds and cots need to be reserved and are subject to hotel availability. Our double rooms only accommodate one cot. For family holidays, the hotel has family rooms.

The hotel has free parking for guests.

The Hotel has free Wi-Fi in all areas (rooms, common areas, restaurant, conference rooms and terrace)

Animals are not permitted, except guide dogs.

Check-in takes place from 3 PM onwards. Inquire about the possibility of Early check-in. Check-out must be done by 12 PM. Inquire about the possibility of Late check-out.

The hotel reception is open 24 hours a day and your reservation will be guaranteed with a credit guarantee, either in advance payment or your credit card details. These conditions should be consulted when from the reserve.

The daily rate includes VAT at the legal rate in force, not including other fees. Sintra's municipal tax is not included in the daily rate, costing €2 per person per day until a maximum of 3 consecutive nights. Price applicable to people aged 13 and over.

The Hotel guarantees total security and confidentiality when processing your personal data.

Your reservation can be canceled or changed free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date (except if it is a reservation made with a non-refundable rate). In case of cancellation, late change or no-show , the hotel reserves the right to charge the amount equivalent to the first night. Please note that there are promotional rates with specific conditions for changes or cancellation. These conditions must be consulted at the time of booking.
