Cancellation and prepayment conditions

Your reservation can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the day of arrival. For changes or cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance, the full amount for the stay will be charged.

In case of no-show, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the full accommodation.

If you have chosen a non-refundable rate, the full amount of your stay will be charged at the time of booking. In case of modification, cancellation or no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

For reservations made on or after April 6, 2020, we recommend that you consider the risk of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the measures imposed by the responsible public entities. If you do not book a flexible rate, you may not be entitled to a refund. Your cancellation request will be handled in accordance with the conditions chosen.

Children, beds and extras

• 0 - 2 years: Cot upon request - Free
• 3 - 16 years: Extra bed upon request - €75 per child, per night
• The maximum number of extra beds and cots depends on the room chosen. Please check the room you have chosen for the maximum capacity.
• All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.

Half-board accommodation

• If you book half-board, please note that drinks are not included.

Parking & Electric mobility

• For the convenience of our guests, the hotel has a free private car park. The use of the car park is not a car deposit contract, but a courtesy of the hotel. The hotel is not responsible for damage to the vehicle caused by third parties.
• There are reserved spaces for guests with reduced mobility (with license plate) and for electric vehicles (charged).

Cleaning

• We offer a daily room cleaning service between 09:00 and 14:00 to 16:00
• Please see the information in your room regarding towel change

Pets

• Pets are not allowed in the hotel, except for service dogs.

Non-smoking hotel

• All enclosed spaces in our hotel are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in the designated areas.
• Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. Failure to comply with this prohibition may result in a fine of up to € 750.00 and an additional cleaning fee of € 250.00.

Payment methods accepted by the hotel

• Our hotel accepts major credit and debit cards as payment. You can also pay in cash (EUROS).
• Cheques or foreign currency are not accepted as payment. To pay in a currency other than EURO, use the automatic payment terminals.
• The hotel reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount on your card prior to arrival.
